Yin
A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes. Focusing on the deep connective tissues and fascia throughout the body, as opposed to superficial muscles. The focus of this class is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
Hatha
This class offers a modern interpretation of the traditional 26 Hatha postures including 2 breathwork practices. Hatha is great for all levels of experience and promotes balance, strength, and mindfulness. If you’re a newly blossomed yogi, this class is a wonderful beginning.
Gentle Yoga
This class is a slower-paced practice for new and returning students. There is breathwork at the beginning and end of class and flows through warm-up movements and postures that are held longer to promote relaxation and meditative properties.
